Veer started Luxury Events in 2019 with a simple idea: people in Gurugram deserve a decoration team that shows up on time, does quality work, and charges honestly. He has personally been part of most of the 1,200+ setups we have done — from a tiny 1st birthday in a one-bedroom flat in Sector 14 to a large ring ceremony on a DLF Phase 4 rooftop.
Before starting Luxury Events, he worked with event agencies in Delhi NCR for 3+ years, learning everything from balloon chemistry to how to make a wedding room look like a Bollywood set on a ₹5,000 budget.

It started with a problem Veer noticed while working at event companies in Delhi: most decoration services either charge too much, show up late, or don't bother about the quality once they get the booking money. Families planning a birthday or anniversary end up stressed instead of happy.
So in 2019, he set up Luxury Events from Sector 9A, Gurugram — focusing only on Gurugram so we could respond fast, stay affordable, and actually care about every client. Word spread mostly through referrals and Google reviews. We have never run paid ads — all our clients come from genuine recommendations and organic search.
Today our team handles everything from a ₹1,999 room surprise to full venue setups. Our promise has never changed: we arrive at least 1 hour before your event, we don't leave a mess, and you pay nothing extra than what we told you upfront.
We reach your location at least 1 hour before the event. No last-minute chaos on your special day.
We use 350 GSM metallic balloons that hold their shine, not cheap ones that deflate before the party ends.
What we quote is what you pay. No hidden charges, no last-minute surprises on the invoice.
After the event, we remove everything — no pins in the wall, no deflated balloons on the floor.
Zone B (beyond 15km): +₹600 transport. Zone C (beyond 25km): +₹1,200.
